A Place That Became Family.Our family will be forever grateful to Loving Spaces for the care and love my precious mom has received over the past five years.

When she first lost her ability to walk from Alzheimer’s and had to leave her memory care facility, we weren’t sure what the future would look like or how we would manage everything. I was blessed to find Katie and her family of caregivers. From the very beginning, they stepped in and took care of not only my mom, but our entire family. They put our minds at ease and gave us the comfort of knowing she was safe, loved, and cared for.

Over the years, these caregivers have become so much more. They have truly become like family to us. We are incredibly thankful for the compassion, patience, kindness, and dignity they have shown my mom every day. Knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her gave us such peace during an incredibly difficult journey.

Loving Spaces has been taking care of a family member since 2021. The staff, Katie, Bongi, Bree and Sandra do an amazing job! Very little no turnover. Loving Spaces was truly a blessing to our family and, most importantly, to my mother, Helen — our “Momma.”

From the very beginning, I never had to worry about the level of care Momma was receiving. Every need she had, whether big or small, was met with kindness, patience, compassion, and the appropriate level of attention. The home was always clean, comfortable, and well cared for, but what made Loving Spaces so special was the people inside it.

Momma genuinely loved the people who cared for her, and it was obvious that they loved her too. As a family, we developed a wonderful relationship with each and every person there. They became more than caregivers and staff. They quickly became part of our family. There is an incredible amount of comfort in knowing that when you aren’t there, someone you love is surrounded by people who truly know them, care about them, and treat them with dignity.

During such an important and emotional season of our lives, we never had to question whether Momma was being cared for. That peace of mind is something I will always be grateful for.

I cannot say enough about Loving Spaces or the people who make it the special place that it is. If another member of our family ever needs this level of care, or if I need it myself one day, Loving Spaces will be the first and only place I think of.

Our family’s experience with Loving Spaces was excellent from day one, and throughout the year and six months Mary was in their care. The home environment embodied a “homelike” experience. The workers showed positive individual interactions with each resident. The home and the residents were always neat, clean and smelling good. Birthdays and holidays were joyfully celebrated for each resident. Our family would definitely recommend Loving Spaces as caregivers for yourlove one.”

After a fall and broken hip our mother/mother in law needed far more care in her final days than her retirement home could provide. We heard about Loving Spaces and after a visit we knew she would spend her days in a social setting and under almost constant watchful care of the staff. The staff loves their residents and they make it joyful. Years later another family member suffered a traumatic health issue and needed to move closer to us quickly. Katie provided respite care while we worked full time and took care of packing and managing her belongings out of state. The medication list, recovery needs and wound care was a lot and Katie was a pro. She knew exactly what to do and who to call when additional medical advice was needed. We would have been lost without her. We highly recommend Loving Spaces. Katie and her staff are incredibly kind. They truly love their work.”
